Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tree Service AEO ("we") collects on treeserviceaeo.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Free AI visibility check: your business name, website (optional), main city, and the optional question you add. To see the full results you give us your name and email.
• Quote requests: your name, mobile number and, if you haven't run the check, your business name, website and main city.
• Technical data: your IP address and approximate location, used to prevent abuse and limit how many free checks can be run. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free) to count visits.
• Usage data: pages you view, buttons you click and how you move through the AI check, collected with PostHog and Google Analytics using cookies or similar browser storage. PostHog may record your session on this site to help us fix usability problems; everything you type into form fields is masked and never recorded. If you unlock your results, we link this usage data to the name and email you gave us.

How we use it

• To run your AI visibility check: we send your business details and the questions to AI search platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode) through our research provider, and read publicly available information about your business, such as your website.
• To send you your results and to contact you about them, if you asked us to.
• To reply to your quote request, including by text message to the mobile number you provided.
• To protect the site from abuse, using Cloudflare Turnstile.

We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you request a quote, you agree that we may text you about your request and your AI visibility results. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this site and our services: Cloudflare (hosting, security, email delivery and analytics), PostHog and Google (website analytics), Rankability (AI search research) and Twilio (text messages). They process data only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

Check results are stored for up to 30 days so you can revisit them. Contact details from quote requests and checks are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact at any time by emailing hello@treeserviceaeo.com or replying STOP to any text.
